How fast can you start?
Most builds kick off within 48 hours of setup payment. Larger custom scopes may need a discovery call first — still typically under 7 days from contact to active build.
What's the typical project timeline?
Fixed-scope projects deliver in 30–90 days depending on package. VesselIQ flagship: 60–90 days. Custom websites: 30–60 days. Cyber audits: 14–21 days. Automation packages: 14–30 days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA available on request. For finance / family office work, NDA is signed before the discovery call.
What happens if my project goes over scope?
If the scope changes mid-build (you change your mind, or new requirements emerge), we quote the change separately. You approve before any work begins. Original scope stays at original price.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Repos are handed off at delivery. No vendor lock-in. You can switch developers any time. We're partners, not gatekeepers.
Can I cancel a retainer?
Yes, anytime via Stripe customer portal or email. No long-term contracts.
Do you work nights / weekends for live builds?
For active retainer clients, yes — within reason. Production-down emergencies are responded to same-day. Routine work happens during business hours.
Where are you based?
South Florida (West Palm Beach area). Operating under Florida law. Most work is remote; on-site is available for engagements within driving distance or for VesselIQ deployments.
What if my industry isn't on the site?
The site lists 5 verticals (yachting, construction, architecture, finance, home services) but we work cross-industry. If you're founder-led with a high-ticket business and no tech team, we should talk regardless of vertical.
